Weather Cancellations:  Except for the most extreme weather conditions, our Weather Policy is we run rain or shine.  We ask that you dress for the appropriate weather conditions for the day of your tour.

Guest Rescheduling:  Rescheduling is permitted only when a tour is not sold out.  If the tour you originally reserved is sold out, rescheduling will not be permitted.  

Guest Cancellations:  If a tour is sold out, cancellations are not permitted.  If a cancellation is granted, the St. Louis Paranormal Research Society reserve the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee.

Tour Cancellations and Rescheduling:  If the St. Louis Paranormal Research Society determines a need to reschedule or cancel a tour, we will offer those guests who are inconvenienced the opportunity to reschedule or a full refund.

 

No refunds will be given after the date of the event.
