Have you ever sat next to someone and got a creepy vibe or walked past someone on the sidewalk and felt the need to walk faster? Maybe your fears were unfounded, or maybe your gut instinct was correct and warning you to get away.
Very few things fascinate and horrify us more than the deeds of a serial killer. According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, at any given time, 50 serial killers active in the United States, and chances are there is one active in your city.
Serial Killers can be anyone, a stranger, your long-time neighbor, a trusted member of your community, or even a family member. Serial Killers can be active for years, then disappear, relocate, or lay idle only to start up again without warning. They can terrorize a community for years, with no one ever knowing how victims there really were.
